Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
- During sales, new launches, or special events, processing may take 3–4 business days.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is packed and shipped.
Delivery Timeline
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Other Locations in India: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Please note: delivery timelines may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or festive rush.
Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.
Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details.
- You can also track your order anytime via the “Track Order” page on our website.
Delays & Issues
- While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may happen.
- If your order hasn’t reached you within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@belovebeauty.in. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- If your pin-code is not serviceable or the package is returned due to incomplete/incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
International Shipping
- At present, Belove Beauty ships only within India.
- We look forward to expanding internationally in the future!
