Refund policy

At Belove Beauty, every order is packed with care and intention — because you deserve only the best. While we hope you absolutely adore what you receive, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Whether it’s a damaged item, a missing product, or anything in between, we’re here to help and make it right with fairness, empathy, and prompt support.

Eligibility for Refunds

We accept replacement, or refund requests only if:
- You receive the wrong product 
- Your item is damaged or defective 
- An item from your order is missing 

We do not accept returns or cancellations for:
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product 
- Opened, used, or tampered items 
- Incorrect delivery address or failed delivery attempts 
- Orders placed during sale or promotional periods — these are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded

 Timelines to Raise a Request

- For missing or damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery 
- For all other eligible cases: Raise your request within 7 days of receiving your order 

Requests raised beyond these windows may not be accepted.

Unboxing Video Required

To process any claim of missing or damaged items, we require:
- A clearly recorded unboxing video starting from the sealed package 
- The video must show the parcel being opened in one continuous take 
- If the seal is already broken upon delivery, please do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately 

Claims without a valid unboxing video and visual proof may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

Replacements & Exchanges

- We offer free replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect products 
- Replacements are subject to availability 
- If the same item is not in stock, we may offer store credit of equal value 

Note: For sale items, only replacements are possible (if damaged); refunds will not be provided.

Refund Methods

Once approved, your refund will be processed in one of the following ways:
- Original payment method 
- Store credit (based on situation or customer preference) 
- Bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders (you’ll be asked to share account details) 

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

Order Cancellations

- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed 
- During sales or promotional periods, all orders are final sale and cannot be changed or cancelled under any circumstances

Return Shipping Costs

In the rare event we request a product to be returned:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs 
- Please retain your proof of postage and tracking details — we are not liable for lost return parcels
